What we do
Email Mum Domestic housekeepers provide a quality housekeeping service to our clientele. The work covers general housekeeping duties, sometimes other tasks such as errands or shopping. May be even some light office duties. If you like work with a bit of variety you will find working for us fun. Our aim is to offer a truly flexible service, on demand.
The Package
We try to offer flexible working hours that you can fit around your demanding lifestyle. You tell us what days that you can work and your preferred hours and times and we will build a client base around these requirements.
We want you to feel happy and confident whilst working for Email Mum so for this reason we will provide you with comprehensive training covering everything from health and safety to managing you visit time ( you may even pick up some housekeeping tips that will help you in your own home !! ). Your starting salary whilst under training will be £6.00
Upon successful completion of your two week induction and training program your salary will rise to £6.25 and you will be given the responsibility for looking after clients and managing your visit schedule and service delivery the "Email Mum" way. Our clients have busy lifestyles and their housekeeping priorities will change. They enjoy high standards of service which we encourage you to deliver in line with your training.
Don't worry we won't leave you alone with out support. Within your three month probation period your trainer will pop out to see you from time to time to make sure you are ok. Upon completion of your probation period of three months your salary will increase again to 6.50 rising again to £6.75 after six months service.
Additional Benefits
24 days paid holiday (bank Holidays are part of this entitlement)
We pay 20p per mile traveling allowance if you take on distance work
We operate the government statutory sick pay scheme.

Once your training and probation period is complete we will allow you to carry out your role with the minimum of supervision.Your performance will be measured by your client’s satisfaction and the only time that we will get involved is if we have to deal with a complaint or if you have issues that you need support with.
