What we do
Email Mum Domestic Housekeepers provide a quality housekeeping service to our clientele. The work covers general housekeeping duties, sometimes other tasks such as errands or shopping. May be even some light office duties. If you like work with a bit of variety you will find working for us fun. Our aim is to offer a truly flexible service, on demand.
The Job
We provide flexible working opportunities for people that need to fit their job around their life not their life around their job. We do this by sitting down with you to establish a work pattern that is right for you. Most of our people fall into two groups
Support Team
If your application is successful we will invite you to join our support team. You will work along side an experienced team member giving you a good understanding of how we work at Email Mum. We would start you off with a few hours per week so we can see how you settle in and to give you a chance to decide if you would enjoy the work. Once a satisfactory trial period is completed you will be given the opportunity to choose your preferred work schedule. If you do not wish to commit to set weekly hours you will be best suited to remain as part of the support team. We supply work to the support team on an ad hoc basis. You would cover for holidays and sickness plus any one off work like spring cleans. We cannot guarantee hours but if you are a reliable person we should be able to provide you with the level of work that you need.
Placed Housekeepers
This is a great job if you can commit to set weekly hours as you get your own regular clients. Its ideal if you are the sort of person that likes to know what you will be doing each week and needs a regular salary. We sit down together and plan your hours and work schedule then build you a client base. At this stage you complete your training and then we place you. We ask you to look after regular clientele so its important that you can commit to your agreed hours. Good customer service is the secret of our success and we do not like to let anybody down.
We want you to feel happy and confident whilst working for Email Mum so for this reason we will provide you with comprehensive training covering everything from health and safety to managing you visit time ( you may even pick up some housekeeping tips that will help you in your own home !! ).
